This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 11.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22865 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
