The said memo is recorded and the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed with liberty to petitioner to file an application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent as and when the petitioner get necessary details. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
