This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 07.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9933 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9479 of 2023 to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st day of English calendar month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
