ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to consider his representation dated 06.08.2025 by the competent authority.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's son had deposited a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- in Unregulated Deposit Scheme. After such deposit, the petitioner's son committed suicide. However, the respondents / authorities has not made any progress to release the amount.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that there are various depositors and more than a sum of Rs.1,000 Crores has been misappropriated. Further, certain properties have been attached and in respect of some of the properties, interim attachment has been made and the same has to be made absolute by the concerned court. Apart from that, some of the properties have also been identified for attachment.

In such view of the matter, since huge scams have been involved in the present case and only the investigating agency has to find out the properties of the persons, who had taken such deposits and make all efforts for interim attachment and file necessary application before the designated court, for making such attachment absolute. After completion of the said exercise, the petitioner shall approach the concerned designated court and file necessary application for releasing the amount.
