This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.6(b) imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14944 of 2023, dated 06.07.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
