This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19178 of 2023, by an order dated 29.8.2023, the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional District Judge, Cuddalore, on all working days at 10.00 am., until furthers.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court weekly once till the matter is taken cognizance and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates without fail, except for unforeseen circumstances till the completion of the trial.
