This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the written statement by the second defendant.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant.

3.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the written statement filed by the second defendant is taken on record.

4.There is no representation on the side of the plaintiffs. Fresh summons to D11 through Court as well as privately returnable by 29.01.2024.
