Crl.M.P.No.17346 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27455 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27455 of 2024 by an order dated 30.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 30 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27455 of 2024 on 30.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
