ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.22357 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing for the 1 st respondent police would submit that the petitioners have complying the condition from 06.09.2025 onwards.

3. Considering the said submission that the petitioners have complying the condition from 06.09.2025 onwards, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Sunday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required".
