This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25998 of 2024 by an order dated 21.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 40 days and investigation is pending in this matter. He would further submit that there are 27 previous cases pending against the petitioner.

3.The condition in para no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25998 of 2024 on 21.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.
