This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26539 of 2024 by an order dated 24.10.2024 passed by this Court to appear before the concerned POCSO Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report before the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Salem. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 20.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26539 of 2024 on 24.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before The Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Salem on 20.12.2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
