ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.186 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in FIR in Crime No.186 of 2023, registered on 29.04.2023, under Section 420 IPC and Sections 66 & 43 of Information Technology Act. The names of the accused has also been given in the complaint. The property involved is cash of Rs.76,55,154/-. Naturally, the defacto complainant would be a little agitated and interested in ensuring that the investigation is completed within a reasonable period of time.

3.On the side of the respondent, it had been stated that final report would be filed within a period of two months. Time is granted till 15.03.2024 giving leverage for any other unforeseen circumstances. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 20.12.2023 sli 2/4
