(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to to prefix the word "Deceased' before the name of the first respondent in A.S.No.47 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first respondent died on 09.12.2024 and as the legal heirs of the first respondent are already on record, only the word "Deceased' has to be prefixed to the name of the first respondent.

3. Considering the submissions made and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to make necessary and consequential amendments in the cause title.
