ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.08.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 308(2) and 351(3) of BNS 2023 in Crime No.259 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.
The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner joined hands with other accused and threatened the defacto complainant at knife point and robbed a sum of Rs.500/- from him. He also Hence, this case. K. RAJASEKAR, J.

smn 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and sought for bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent while opposing the bail to the petitioner, reiterated the prosecution case and states that investigation is not yet completed. He further submitted that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner.
4. Considering the facts of the case and the fact that investigation is not yet completed and the bad antecedent of the petitioner , this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
