This petition has been filed to implead the Inspector of Police, Economic Offence Wing, Tiruvannamalai, as the third respondent in the above Crl.O.P.No.27957 of 2023.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.27957 of 2023 and list the same on 08.01.2024 along with Crl.O.P.No.28148 of 2023.
