The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to dispose of appeal pending before on the file of third respondent in proceeding Na.Ka.No.3695/A2/2018 dated 03.08.2018.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no instruction from the petitioner regarding the present status of the appeal, which was pending before the third respondent.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Page No.2 of 5

respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the aforesaid appeal, pending on the file of the third respondent has already been disposed of on 13.01.2020 and he has also circulated a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as to the Court.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent 1 to 4, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and the matter has become infructuous.

5. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 24.06.2024 vm Index :
