ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed by the workman seeking a mandamus to the respondent to reinstate him into the Corporation, in view of the order passed by the Joint Commissioner of Labour, Chennai dated 13.03.2024, rejecting the approval petition filed by the respondent-Corporation in A.P.No.159 of 2022.

2. Against the order of the Joint Commissioner of Labour dated 13.03.2024 in A.P.No.159 of 2022, the Management had filed W.P.No.5734 of 2025. By order dated 20.02.2025, this Court was pleased to dismiss the said writ petition, holding that the order of the Labour Court rejecting the approval petition was very much in order.

3. Therefore, in the light of the order passed in W.P.No. 5734 of 2025, the instant writ petition has to be allowed and consequently, the Writ Petition is allowed, directing the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into the respondent-Corporation with all monetary benefits including continuity of service and back wages from the date of the dismissal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of 2/4

this order. No costs.
