Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/Police submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.280 of 2018, final report was filed through e-filing on 01.12.2024 vide e-filing No. LTN-20230001629C202400305 before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

3. Since the respondent/Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the Magistrate concerned, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
