This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22106 of 2024 by an order dated 10.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the POCSO Court, Karaikal, on all working days until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case is pending on the file of the POCSO Court, Karaikal.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition in para no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22106 of 2024 on 10.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the POCSO Court, Karaikal on all hearing dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
