(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Seeking seven days leave from 16.12.2023 to 22.12.2023, the petitioner has filed this miscellaneous petition.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that instead of filing writ petition, the petitioner has filed the present petition, which is not maintainable. He further submits that if the petitioner makes a representation seeking leave, the same will be considered on merits.
The said submission stands recorded.
3. In view of the above, giving liberty to the petitioner to either file a writ petition or submit a representation to the concerned authority for emergency leave, this miscellaneous petition is closed as not maintainable.
