ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents to consider the representation of the villagers dated 19.11.2019 and 02.12.2019 and to utilise the money of the Panchayat Union General Funds for constructing the community hall in the place already allotted by MWCL in S.No.269 and repair the already existing roads nearby the Dharkas areas and the Anjur Kollamedu which are used by the school children and general public and restore the open space (G40) with plants, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and she has also filed a memo to that effect.

3. In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
