This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the FIR in Crime No.408 of 2022, and to file a final report within a stipulated time frame, or any other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the above case. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 6.6.2022, no final report is filed till date.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating for the enquiry by submitting the relevant documents. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will co-operate during the investigation by providing all the particulars. This undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
