This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.
2. This case, Cr.No.1271 of 2017 is registered for alleged offences under Sections 381 r/w.34, 414 of IPC, 1860. It can be seen that the mother case in It can be seen that the mother case in CC.No.1519 of 2019 was proceeded further against the other accused and ended in acquittal. Due to the passage of time, a meaningful trial is unlikely, and no useful purpose would be served.
