This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20041 of 2023, by an order dated 11.10.2023, to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, weekly once i.e., on every Wednesday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required.
