This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para 10(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28770 of 2024 by an order dated 19.11.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He would submit that she has one previous case similar in nature.

3.The condition in Para 10(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28770 of 2024 on 19.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for EC Act cases, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
