The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"May be pleased to permitted me to withdraw the this petition"

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty given to the Petitioners to file a fresh application, if there is no change in circumstances like examination of the victim child under Section 164(5) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
