Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 18.03.2023 and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to work under any Town Panchayats instead of the fifth respondent Municipality based on the resolution in R.No.311 dated 03.05.2023 and also the proceedings of the second respondent in Na. ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2023 and also seeks to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to work under any Town Panchayats, instead of the fifth respondent Municipality, based on the resolution in R.No.311 dated 03.05.2023, and further based on the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.31971/2022/K2 dated 07.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 18.03.2023 made by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing to him, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
