Elumalai, learned counsel and Ms.S.Kalpana, learned counsel, accept notice for RR 1 to 5 respectively. Learned State counsel and learned counsel for private respondents very fairly submitted that they do not oppose restoration prayer.

In this view of the matter, considering the innocuous nature of the prayer in the captioned WMP as well as other attendant circumstances, captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for and we add that W.M.P.No.1587 of 2020 also will now stand restored to file. 5.
List the captioned main writ petition and W.M.P. No.1587 of 2020 on 09.07.2025.
