ORDER
The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.26301 of 2023 dated 25.09.2023.
Learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that against the order passed in the writ petition, the respondents therein filed a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.245 of 2025, in which, there was an interim order passed on 20.02.2024
to the effect that no coercive action shall be taken against the appellants in the meantime.

Since the appeal is pending, this Contempt Petition is closed, in view of the interim order, the petitioner is at liberty to move a contempt afresh, in the event, if he succeeds in the writ appeal. 30.06.2025 : yes/no veda To 1.
