This petition is filed to condone the delay of 339 days in filing the above revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. Though notice has been served on the respondents 2 & 3 and their names have been printed in the cause list, none has entered appearance.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai within a period of two (2) weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
