ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to surrender and file a bail petition before the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.O.P.No.22272 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the documents placed on record.
3. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the 3 rd respondent / defacto complainant has not appeared before the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur on 12.09.2025 and 16.09.2025, the learned Judge, returned the bail petition to the petitioners and refused to entertain the bail petition, thereby seeks to extend the time to surrender and file a bail petition.
4. Considering the above said facts and circumstances of the case, a period of two weeks time is hereby extended to surrender and file a bail petition before the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.O.P.No.22272 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025. The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to send notice to the 3 rd respondent / defacto complainant.
This petition is ordered accordingly.
