O R D E R

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.438 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Nagarcoil and transfer the same to the Principal District Family Court, Chengalpattu.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both the parties agreed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.438 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Nagarcoil and transfer the same to the Principal District Family Court, Chengalpattu.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, I.D.O.P.No.438 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Nagarcoil is hereby directed to be withdrawn and transferred to the Principal District Family Court, Chengalpattu. The Family Court, Nagarcoil is directed to send the entire records to the Principal District Family Court, Chengalpattu, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receiving the same, the Principal District Family Court, Chengalpattu, is directed to issue notice to both parties and thereafter, dispose of the case on merits as early as possible.
