-2O R D E R The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the property situate at S.Nos.196/2 and 196/4 of Manjini Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would invite my attention to the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Attur, dated 07.07.2023 and would plead that the petitioner was called upon to be present on 11.07.2023 at 11 am for the purpose of survey. However, survey was not conducted on the said date. Hence the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the respondents would conduct a survey after issuing notice to the petitioner and any other person interested in the property.

4. The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded. There shall be a direction to the respondents to conduct a survey as prayed for. The respondents shall ensure that if there are any competing interest, notice is issued to those parties and

-3thereafter, survey is conducted. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
