ORDER

By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Corporation of Chennai to consider and dispose of the representation dated 14.10.2023.

2. The petitioner asserts that it is the owner of the 6th Floor of Jayanth Tech Park, which is situated at 41 Padmini Garden, Mount Poonamallee Road, Nandambakkam, Chennai 600 089. The petitioner asserts that the 6th Floor is divided into three portions, namely, A, B and C. The petitioner states that portions A and B are 2/6

being assessed as one unit and, therefore, the petitioner is being put to hardship. Hence, the petitioner issued a representation dated 14.10.2023 to the respondent, but the said representation did not elicit a response.

3. Mr.P.Prithvi Chopda, learned standing counsel (Corporation), accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that the representation would be considered and dispose of on merits if all relevant documents are provided by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submissions, W.P.No.35472 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2023 and dispose of the same on merits upon receipt of all relevant documents from the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to provide all relevant documents to the respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and, upon receipt thereof, the respondent is directed to 3/6

dispose of the representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of such documents. No costs.
