O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 29.10.2019 seeking for the mutation of revenue records on the basis of the proceedings of the first respondent made in Na.Ka.No.A4/1301/2019 dated nil.03.2019.

2. When the matter is called today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect and sets liberty to approach the competent civil court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
