This application is filed seeking to condone the delay of 459 days in filing the written statement in the above suit.

2. Since there was no objection on the other side and having regard to the nature of the allegations found in the affidavit with regard to the delay in filing the written statement and the defendant, being a temple, in order to give a fair opportunity to the defendant, this application is ordered and the delay of 459 days in filing the written statement is hereby condoned.

Post the main suit for framing issues on 09.02.2024. In the meantime, the defendant shall file their written statement.
