2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner did not comply the condition regularly. Hence, he prayed for dismissal of this petition.
3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner had not complied with the conditions, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
