This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 88 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment in MCOP No.1415 of 2021 dated 08.08.2023 on the file of MACT, (Special Sub-Judge), Court of Small Causes at Chenna.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Though name of the respondent has been printed in the cause list, he has not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
