This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 07.11.2023 writ proceeding in Memo No: EE/distn/K.VDMI/ TAII/ F.DCW/ P.No. 151/ D.No.5885/23-24 and quash the same further direct the first respondent to repay the amount deposited by the petitioner except the necessary charges. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner owns agricultural land at S.No.435/2A1, P.G.Pudur, MGC Palayam Village, Annur and she made application to the respondents for shifting of pillar of EB posts, for which, the first respondent made the impugned demand and the petitioner paid the amount and thereafter requested the respondents as to why excess charges were demanded and to refund the amount paid by the petitioner except the necessary charges, however, there is no response.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the span length from Location A to B is 33mtrs; D to G is 120mtrs; A to C is 26mtrs, thereby the calculation was made and communicated to the petitioner and the petitioner also paid the entire amount and thereafter electric line was changed and electricity connection was also effected, however, the petitioner after completion of all the works has filed this writ petition for refund of the amount, which is not sustainable one.
4.Heard the arguments advanced on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5.Perusal of records disclose that the petitioner made application to the respondents for SCW shifting of LT line and the span length from Location A to B is 33mtrs; D to G is 120mtrs; A to C is 26mtrs, thereby the calculation was made and communicated to the petitioner and the petitioner also paid the entire amount and thereafter electric line was changed and electricity connection was also effected, however, the petitioner after completion of all the works has filed this writ petition for refund of the amount, which is not sustainable one.
