(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The allegation of violation of building permission by the private respondent while raising construction, cannot be taken
cognizance, because the petitioner has not suffered any legal injury.
3. Leaving it open for the Corporation authorities to take such action, as it deems fit, in accordance with law, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
