ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed seeking speedy disposal of F.C.O.P.No.108 of 2017 by the petitioner/husband.

2. FCOP.No.108 of 2017 has been filed by the petitioner/husband for divorce.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that before the Family 1/4

Court, both the parties appeared and arguments concluded and the case was reserved for orders long back, but so far, it has not been pronounced.

4. Heard the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5. Admittedly, the trial court after hearing the both, reserved the case for orders in the month of March 2023, but till today, the order has not been passed. Therefore, the trial court is directed to dispose of the FCOP.NO.108 of 2017 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
