This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19860 of 2023, by an order dated 29.8.2023, to report before the Coonoor Town Police Station daily morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., for a period of 10 days and thereafter, weekly once at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
