O R D E R

By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioners herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to 2/6

consider their representation dated 07.08.2024 after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing.

3. A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioners would indicate that the petitioners made certain suggestions with regard to the renovation of the subject temple and prayed for staying of the order passed by Joint Commissioner in Na.Ka.No.2790/2024/Aa3, dated 06.05.2024 seeking administrative sanction for renovation of Artha Mandapam in the temple.

4. Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader (HR and CE), who is taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3, on written instructions, would submit that pursuant to the recommendations of the Joint Commissioner dated 06.05.2024, the Administrative Sanction was granted to the proposal for renovation of Artha Mandapam by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.532025/2024/Q3, dated 26.09.2024. He has also produced the copy of the said order before this Court.

5. In view of the fact that the Joint Commissioner's proposal dated 3/6

06.05.2024 is already sanctioned by the 1st respondent by order dated 26.09.2024 giving Administrative Sanction for the proposal, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 26.09.2024 granting Administrative Sanction in the manner known to law. No costs.
