Defendant - - - - - There is no representation on the side of the defendant / respondent. The respondent has been duly served, as seen from the earlier order passed by this Court on 22.12.2023.

2. The Registry has also printed the name of the respondent / defendant in the cause list today, as directed by this Court earlier.

3. The applicant / plaintiff is having the benefit of an interim injunction as prayed for in O.A. Nos.1068 and 1069 of 2023 through an order passed by this Court on 15.12.2023. Since the respondent / defendant has failed to enter appearance despite service of notice, they are set exparte by this Court.

4. This Court while granting an interim order in favour of the applicant / plaintiff on 15.12.2023 has granted the said order after observing that the applicant / plaintiff has made out a prima facie and 1/3

they have also established the balance of convenience and irreparable hardship.

5. Since the respondent / defendant has not entered appearance, despite having been given sufficient opportunities to defend these applications, the interim injunction granted by this Court on 15.12.2023 is made absolute and O.A. Nos.1068 and 1069 of 2023 are allowed as prayed for.
