This application has been filed to substitute the applicant/proposed plaintiff in the place of the plaintiff in C.S. No.39 of 2006. 2.Mr.Pankaj Srivastava has been appointed as a Liquidator by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai for the plaintiff company. In view of the same, the present application has been filed.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown. 4.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. 5.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment in terms of this Court's order.
