This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 142 days in payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.21,530/- in the above C.M.A.SR.No.96503 of 2023.

2.Affidavit of service has been filed on 03.06.2024 in SR.No.17712 of 2024.

3.The respondents have been served. There is no representation for the respondents either in person or through counsel.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

5.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 142 days is condoned.
