This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition at paragraph No.7(i) imposed by this Court in the order dated 09.01.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.19033 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.1265 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to offer sureties as per the condition imposed by this Court and now seeks for modification.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the condition at paragraph No.7(i) imposed by this Court in the order dated 09.01.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.19033 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.1265 of 2022, is modified as follows: "The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two independent sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethi Mandram [Fast Track Mahila Court], Erode;"

4. The other conditions imposed in the above said order, remains intact.

5. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, accordingly.
