JUDGMENT
(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Vasantha Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the appellants.
2. The present appeal is filed only against the order imposing cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each to be paid from the salary account of the appellants.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the cost as ordered by the Court has been paid.
4. In light of that, we would not further probe into the matter. Suffice it to state that the imposition of costs would not be a stigma in the service career of those officers nor the same be taken as an adverse remark in their service book.
The writ appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
