This petition is filed to condone the delay of 153 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3. Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 153 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioners/appellants shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to serve the typed set of papers to Mr.S.Arunkumar.
