ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to add the petitioner's name in the patta number 8341 and in all other land revenue records.
2. Heard, Mr.V.L.Akshai Sajin Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the request made by the petitioner, the second respondent conducted an enquiry and passed orders thereby included the petitioner's name in the patta.
4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, she can very well to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
